Motocaddy, the global market leader in electric caddy sales, has dominated the latest MyGolfSpy ‘Most Wanted Electric Carts’ listing with its M7 GPS REMOTE and M7 REMOTE models rated #1 and #2 by the independent website with more than 80 million readers worldwide.
The unrivalled feat also means that a Motocaddy electric caddy has been chosen as the ‘Most Wanted’ winner for an unprecedented fourth year-in-a-row, after the M7 REMOTE model took top spot in each of the last three years.
The 2023 ‘Most Wanted’ winner, the M7 GPS REMOTE, was launched earlier this year to global acclaim as the world's first remote-control electric caddy with touchscreen GPS. It remains the only model of its kind on sale in the U.S. market and scored an incredible 98 out of 100 overall in the test, with MyGolfSpy taking buying considerations such as cost versus performance, compatibility and size into account.

The M7 REMOTE, a three-time winner of the ‘Most Wanted’ title, scored an impressive 96 overall, coming in joint 1st place in manoeuvrability and 2nd place in ease of use and features. The pocket-sized remote-control handset can move the caddy forward, left, right and in reverse, plus pause and resume. It can also switch instantly from remote to manual control mode and back again if the user wants to control it from the handle like a regular electric caddy via the speed button. In addition to including automatic Downhill Control technology, there is an emergency stop and a handset lock function. The LCD touchscreen also includes an additional battery meter indicating the capacity of the handset.
When connected to the free Motocaddy GPS app, golfers can also receive a wide range of optional smartphone notifications direct to the screen - alerting them to a call, text message, email or range of app alerts, including WhatsApp and Facebook. A preview of message alerts can also be read on-screen.
A cell phone can be securely placed in a golf bag pocket and charged using the caddy’s patented USB charging port. In addition to the cellular and Bluetooth® capabilities, other connectivity features include super-fast Over‑the‑Air course and system updates via the built-in WIFI connection.
